Why I stopped playing small…

“You can be a small business owner, operate at status quo, and make a decent living. Or, you can be an innovator and make an impact."

I heard these words a few months into full-time entrepreneurship and they stuck with me.

I know, it feels way more safe to stay small and follow the crowd. And most of the time you don't even realize you're doing it! But this made me stop and ask myself: Do I want safe? Or do I want to make a fucking impact?

Spoiler alert: I will choose impact 👏every 👏damn 👏time!

It was then that I decided to go all in on my business. To step out of my comfort zone and really show up as myself in my content. Not only did my business grow, but I also had more fun and helped more ideal clients step into their role as innovator and impact-maker.

Ok, so that's all lovely, but how do you actually break through that status quo and show up as yourself in your content?

Start by getting really specific about your differentiator:

✔️ What makes you AMAZING at what you do?

✔️ How are you different than all the other people in your industry?

✔️ What about your life and previous experience gives you a fresh perspective on your work?

And then (and this is the really important part): embrace it! Talk about it, show examples of it, and then talk about it some more. It may not be easy, but it CAN be simple.

This year, I've got 4 bad-ass ways to help you get out of your own head and start playing BIG:

  1. FREE quarterly strategy sessions: Virtual drop-in calls for social media support and strategy. I'll share the date for the first one soon!

  2. In-person Content Intensives: Plan and create a boatload of content in one day, with me by your side! (Details to be announced in the coming months.)

  3. Collab Club: My tried and true 3-month membership to collaborate on content creation and take consistent action. Get on the waitlist for the Spring cohort!

  4. Done For You Content: I take content creation and posting off your plate completely! It's as good as it sounds AND I'll be updating the Services section of my website soon 👀

I may be generously 5'4" but I'm not playing small. I'm STOKED to help you do the same. Keep your eyes on your inbox for more info First name / friend, and always feel free to hit reply with a question.

Keep on posting!

Sarah
